Do you have parking space for my car?
Of course! We do have a parking lot and a garage at the disposal of our guests.

Where can I leave my ski equipment/mountain bike?

We encourage youto use our skiroom and shoe room, specifically built to meet te requirements of this equipment (especially drying shoes). For mountain bikes we have a marked space in our garage. These rooms are all with restricted access and video surveillance.

Please avoid where possible to take the equipment in your room - you would waste space and have mor difficulties in drying it :-)

Are there items that I am not allowed to take with me?
All fammable, explosive or toxic materials and items are strictly prohibited in our structure. Also, electrical equipment with a strong heating function are not allowed in our rooms. If yo have any need for such items please contact us so that we can find a solution.

Oops I forgot something on dparture. What now?
Any belongings we find (clothing, equipment) that we can trace back to you will be kept at ou facilities for 180 days, and we'll contact you about this to find a way to handle this (shipping it to you or keeping it or somebody to pick it up).


I have a dog. Can I take him with me?
Regrettably we do not accept any pets in our house. Thanks for understanding.

I heard that in Italy it is forbidden to smoke in public areas. What about your house?
We have always been a non-smoking house, so it is strictly forbidden to smoke in our structure (of course you can smoke outside, like on the balcony or on the lawn).

How can I confirm my booking?
To confirm your reservation we would ask you to send us a deposit (depending on your room's total rate, it will range between 200,- and 900,- Euros par room). This will ensure that your reservation is binding.

What happens if I have to cancel a reservation?
In case of late arrival, early departure or no-show we will charge you a penalty according to our detailed policies.

Can I somehow avoid such costs?
Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With our trip cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out this trip cancellation insurance, with which you are covered by the Europäische Reiseversicherung's travel insurance. How can I pay my bill?
We accept cash, Visa and Mastercard payments. Please remember that you have to pay at latest on checkout.
Dear guests of the Interski, dear friends,
Due to the current situation, we offer the possibility for all existing and future bookings to be canceled free of charge in the short term up to three weeks before arrival. In case of official restrictions caused by Covid-19 (for example travel restrictions or forced quarantine) cancellations will be free up to the day before arrival.
In addition to this, shall one of the travellers be tested positive before arrival, the cancellation will be free of charge. In case a positive case arises among the travellers during a stay, and an early termination of the stay is needed, we won't charge for the unused days.

We also prepared a program of activities - like guided hiking, snow-shoeing and skiing trips (supported by our hotel shuttle) - shall the use of the lifts be temporarily prohibited.
