Tour Proposal:
Monte Pana to Sassolungo
Route:
From S. Cristina you can take the chairlift to Monte Pana, from there you can take the chairlift to the Mont de Seura (2025 m). From here, about 15 minutes walk along path 526 B to the semi-Ciaulong (about 2080 m), where you will find climbing 526, and from there, under the walls of the huge Northwest Saslong, you can reach, through the stony Langkofelkar, the Langkofel (2253 m ; refuge with summer management).
Not too challenging hike through forests and meadows, a bit tiring with steep slopes under the Langkofel. You can expect a walking time of 3 hours.
